Permanently mark a redirect as OK
Some links detected as redirects I would like to mark such that they are reported again only if the redirect changes. For instance, I have a link to http://www.r5.fs.fed.us/plumas/incident/streamfire/ which expands to http://fs.usda.gov/wps/portal/fsinternet/!ut/p/c5/04_SB8K8xLLM9MSSzPy8xBz9CP0os3gjAwhwtDDw9_AI8zPwhQoY6IeDdGCqCPOBqwDLG-AAjgb6fh75uan6BdnZaY6OiooA1tkqlQ!!/dl3/d3/L2dJQSEvUUt3QS9ZQnZ3LzZfMjAwMDAwMDBBODBPSEhWTjBNMDAwMDAwMDA!/?ss=110511&navtype=BROWSEBYSUBJECT&cid=FSE_003853&navid=091000000000000&pnavid=null&position=BROWSEBYSUBJECT&ttype=main&pname=Plumas%20National%20Forest-%20Home/incident/streamfire/
I don't ever want to publish that long ugly link, and expect that it may change the next time the site switches CRM software, but hope that the short pretty one will have greater longevity.

Perhaps not 1000, but in the latest version you can bulk-unlink up to 500 links at a time (assuming your server can handle it).

Allow bulk link editing -- for when a site is moved
When a site is moved to a different server, it is a big pain to update all the internal hyperlinks. The Codex solution doesn't work well at all. Your plugin comes very close to this functionality. A little bit more, and it's there! Everyone who has ever had to move a site will thank you.

A fileserve.com checker
As there is megaupload or rapidshare checker, I would love a fileserve.com checker. Thanks

Better support for IDN, eg. links containing special characters
My site URL is palleshøje.dk - or xn--palleshje-r8a.dk. Internal links are reported as broken. Also the link URL is rewritten to an incorrect URL (eg. http://xn--pallesh%20je-l5a570e.dk/2010/03/06/huller-i-vejen/). But apparently only if the "Add CSS class='broken_link'" option is on/selected ...

I don't care if comment URLs are broken. It'd be great it there was a way to ignore all comment URLs. Thanks!

Bug in Broken Link Checker Pro
I just upgraded to Broken Link Check Pro yesterday and have periodically encountered this error:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugins() in /home/xxxx/xxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/broken-link-checker-pro/plugin-updates/plugin-update-checker.php on line 167"
Deactivating the plugin and reactivating makes it go away for a while but it seems to keep coming back.

Handle custom fields with spaces
On the Options>>Look For Links In>>Custom Fields configuration it says to enter field names one per line. I have two custom fields to check, "Thumbnail" and "Featured Image" but upon entering these and clicking Save Changes the "Featured Images" field is converted into two separate lines labelled "Featured" and "Images". Custom fields with spaces in their names are uncommon, but work perfectly well in WordPress. This should be handled.
