Hopefully this fix would also address urls within php code on a page or post...selecting plaintext urls doesn't resolve the problem. For example, php code related to simplepie for wordpress is not recognized by broken link checker:
<?php echo SimplePieWP('http://example.com/feed'); ?>
As this may be a separate problem, it will be added as a separate enhancement request too.
