Redirect doesn't disappear after fixing.
After fixing a redirect, I click on Recheck and it shows 200 OK. However there is no option to remove it from the list of redirects. So I click on dismiss and it puts it in the dismissed list. Then I have to go to the dismissed list and click undismissed to get it back into the "All" list.

That sounds like it might be a bug. What exactly do you do to fix a redirect: do you use the "Fix redirects" bulk action, the "Fix redirect" link next to the "Recheck" link, or do you manually edit the URL?
In the first two cases, the link should automatically disappear from the "Redirects" list. If you edit the URL manually, it might take a while for that to happen, and the it might stay in the list if the new URL is also a redirect.
Also, is the plugin detecting redirects correctly? Normally, the "status" column should show the status of the last page in the redirect chain, not the redirect itself. So if it's something like 301 instead of 200, the server might not be configured to allow following redirects.
