Bug? Link from Gmail has spaces in it
This could be a bug in Gmail, rather than Broken Link Checker. If so, you may want to create a workaround.
I just got broken-link email that ends:
You can see all broken links here:
http://danforthgreens.ca/wordpress/wp-admin/tools.php?page=view-broken-links
But when I click that link, I am taken here:
http://danforthgreens.ca/word%20press/wp%20-admin/tools.php?page=view-broken-links
Note that %20 has been twice inserted.

Interesting. I can't seem to reproduce this bug in my own Gmail account. BLC's email notifications look fine and the "see all broken links" link works correctly.
Could this be a strange plugin conflict of some sort? Do you have any plugins that filter outgoing email, or change the WordPress admin URLs somehow (e.g. domain mapping)?
Also, I noticed that this line is exactly 78 characters long (not including the trailing space):
You can see all broken links here:<br><a href="http://danforthgreens.ca/word
Many email clients hard-wrap lines at somewhere between 70 to 80 characters. Normally this wouldn't affect HTML email, and BLC definitely doesn't wrap its emails, but it might still be a clue.

When I ask to "Show Original", this is the HTML message body I see:
You can see all broken links here:<br><a href="http://danforthgreens.ca/word
press/wp
-admin/tools.php?page=view-broken-links">http://danforthgreens.ca/wordpress/wp-admin/tools.php?page=view-broken-links</a>There is both a newline and a space in both locations.
