  3. Hi all, I can't understand why I found those broken links as the links are working...

    here's some examples:

    500 Internal Server Error
    https://www.udemy.com/acoustics-analog-and-digital-fundamentals-for-everyone/?couponCode=98930

    416 Requested Range Not...
    https://pro.beatport.com/release/saving-data/1507714

all links from this domain https://pro.beatport.com are 416...

but if I click on the links... everything is fine.
    Can someone help please ?
    thanks

  4. The pages on our websites are old and our site editors share them, so sending notifications to post authors wouldn't work. It would be useful if the broken links notifications went to the users who are currently maintaining the pages, e.g. those who last edited it.

  7. Doesn't appear to work with multisite.
Such a great idea for a plugin, such a disappointment it doesn't function.

  8. Please FIX.
Before this was working now many broken YouTube video removed.. are not flagged as broken from the plug in.
    See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/broken-link-checker-not-showing-broken-youtube-links?replies=2

It seems no reply from staff in the support topic about this issue. I hope can be fixed. Thanks!

  9. GoDaddy currently blacklists this plugin on their managed WordPress service due to performance issues: https://www.godaddy.com/help/blacklisted-plugins-8964

I would love to see this plugin removed from that list.

  14. I'd love to see an option to enable a check of the pages that the links point to, and then flag if the page itself has been updated.

This would be particularly useful for links that point to external pages by checking if a page has been updated since the last time the site administrator checked or changed a give link.

  15. It appears when I use the Broken Links page to replace or Unlink and URL, it doesn't know how to deal with Markdown URL formats, and inserts an HTML href in the middle of the Markdown, creating a nasty jumble. Since I use Markdown across my site, I have to go in an manually edit each one in the Post Edit window, instead of fixing it quickly in the Broken Links view.

  17. I have several websites that contain thousands of posts. Tens of new posts are added everyday. All images are hotlinked on external servers.
It would be way too cumbersome to review all broken links regularly.
I would like a feature that would automatically move to trash all posts that contain broken links.

  18. We can now set the plugin to check all links in every x hours, but this will slow down the website during the checking cycle. I believe most website owner will want to have this checking tasks being done during low traffic time. Can you add schedule checking feature? Thanks very much and this is a really good plugin

  20. I migrated a site to a different host, and instead of manually updating all the links in the posts, I just added a 'the_content' filter to make the substitution of host name automatically. But Broken Link Checker still puts these links in its list of broken links (although, interestingly, they aren't marked on the page with a strikethrough). If Broken Link Checker could apply any filters on the post content before checking the links in the post, it would solve this problem. Otherwise, thanks for a great plugin!
